Recruitment - Permanent
Firstly, it costs you nothing to start your conversation with AICOR. If you decide to use our recruitment services, and we source a suitable candidate which you go on to hire, then we charge your company a very competitive 9% of the offered annual basic salary. The fee is payable in 9 monthly instalments from the candidates start date.

Consultancy & Outsourcing
Whether you are looking for a short term consultancy engagement, or access to a suitable skillset from our talent pool, we charge a competitive day rate for all our services from a half day’s engagement up to a 12 month project. And if you like the person enough to offer them a permanent position at the end of the engagement then we deduct 1% from our permanent recruitment fees for each consecutive months they’ve been working with you.
Permanent Recruitment
Before we make any recommendations for candidates we’ll ensure that we have a thorough understanding of:
The job description
Working location, hours and travel requirements
Your management style
Your company culture
Renumeration package
Our aim is to not waste your time by putting the wrong candidates forward, but equally we’ll also challenge you if we think your expectations are unrealistic. We are also really sensitive to candidates needs and expectations and don’t want to waste their time or build up unnecessary hope. We believe in treating candidates with respect and empathy especially for those who find themselves in a stressful situation where they are being forced to find a new role.
Temporary or on-demand resources
If you have a skills shortage within your business which you only envisage being temporary, then you have a few existing options:
Ask existing staff to pick up additional responsibilities, which can stretch them to breaking point and potentially encourage them to leave to then amplify the problem.
Attempt to create a business case for a permanent role, but due to the temporary nature of the project the numbers don’t stack up.
Recruit someone on a temporary basis, either full-time or part-time to assist with the temporary skills shortage.
